New Addition in 2009
We wantd to let everyone know that in September we are going to have a new addition to our family. The news is somewhat suprising to us, although we always said that we wanted to have at least one more baby. We didn't imagine that Olivia and the new baby would be so close in age. Although, we are looking forward to watching them grow up together and be best friends. The next few months is going to bring many challenges and changes to our family...one of them finding a new house and selling ours. Please keep us in your prayers as a new chapter in our life is about to begin. We look forward to celebrating with everyone soon.

Olivia's First Birthday Party
We had Olivia's first birthday party on Saturday, January 3 at Holly's House in Evansville. We had a great turnout of family and friends. Olivia received so many toys and clothes! She had a great time getting to see everyone. It is hard to believe that our little girl is already 1 year old, how quick time goes. She has taught us so many things in the first year and I am sure there will be many more to come. We want to thank everyone for helping make her first birthday special.
Christmas in Poplar Bluff
After opening gifts at our house we drove to Poplar Bluff for Christmas. We had a really good time getting to visit with everyone. Heather and Travis got there on Friday night and we were able to spend the weekend with them. I got sick on Friday, which slowed us down a little, but not too much. Olivia got so many things from everyone. Some of her favorites are her Fisher Price house, baby doll, bath toys, and clothes (or maybe the clothes are my favorite). She also liked Grandma pushing her around the living room in the clothes basket with her bottle. It was so good to have everyone together, that doesn't happen often, so we must enjoy it when it does happen.
Christmas Morning
We spent Christmas morning at our house this year. As you can tell the "big gift" that Jason got for Olivia went over really well. She had the same reaction to the horse that she did in the store, for those of you who saw the previous picture. It was fun watching Olivia take everything in. She really liked the bows and paper this year!
Christmas Eve with The Smith's
We spent Christmas Eve with the Smith Family. We had a great time getting to spend time with everyone that we don't see too often. Olivia really liked Aunt Hannah pusing her around the living room in the sleigh. I think Aunt Hannah had fun, until about the tenth time around the living room. Olivia also liked playing with her jingle bells....that was her favorite song of the season. We were so glad we got to see everyone this holiday season!
Thanksgiving at The Farm
This year we spent Thanksgiving at "The Farm" in Ohio County, KY with the Smith's. We had a good time visiting with both the Smith and Mill's Families. The day after Thanksgiving we braved the mall. Although, we weren't in any rush and didn't have anything special to buy, so needless to say we did have a good afternoon.
